2. Professional Development Services
Registration for professional development and advanced training courses includes live sessions, coaching, and supporting materials. All services are delivered as scheduled and require preparation of resources and instructors.
Transfer of Enrollment: You may request a transfer to another session or participant by contacting our support team at least 7 days before the course start date. Transfers are subject to availability and confirmed in writing.
Refunds: Fees for professional development services are non-refundable due to allocation of instructors and materials upon confirmation. In exceptional circumstances, Morenya may offer a credit note for future services at its discretion.
3. Information Products
Information products include downloadable materials, e-books, and recorded content. Upon purchase, access is granted immediately.
All sales of information products are final. No refunds or interactions are provided to ensure content integrity and prevent unauthorized distribution.
4. Physical Goods
Physical goods ordered on morenia.info must be inspected upon receipt. To report damaged or incorrect items, contact Morenya within 14 days of delivery.
Approved shipments of defective or incorrect goods must follow instructions provided by Morenya. Shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by Morenya. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the items sent back to Morenya, credited to the original payment method. You may request an interaction for the same item or store credit instead.
5. General Refund Procedures
To initiate a refund or transfer request, contact Morenya at +6588914509 or via our contact form. Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the request. All requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a credit note. Transfer details are confirmed in writing.
